Abstract: Digital imaging of in vitro samples such as gels, blots, and plates is an everyday process in most research laboratories. Workflow and time efficiency are critical parameters during this process and can be influenced by a wide variety of factors including lens speed, sample type and size, and imaging modality. Special considerations should be taken when selecting instrumentation and developing protocols for imaging the different modalities such as luminescence, colorimetric/white light, UV and multi-wavelength fluorescence, and radioisotopic. This webinar will introduce new and innovative features of the Image Station 4000MM PRO and highlight how these new features can improve the workflow of molecular imaging, as well as provide applications and experiment flexibility with Carestream’s most advanced in vitro imaging system. |
